Your first time with us

Our classes welcome everyone, no matter your skill level or background.

You don't need any experience in aerial sports or gymnastics to join - beginners are totally welcome!

What will my first aerial class look like?

Our classes are structured to cover all the important areas to keep your body safe and your mind engaged.

This is what it will look like:

  1. Warmup (10-15 mins) 🏃‍♀
A fun routine to get you moving and prepare your body for the class.
*Some classes start with a 3-minute meditation to help you unwind and focus. 🧘‍♀️

  2. Conditioning (5 mins) 💪🏼
Strength exercises (e.g., pull-ups, knee lifts) to help your body get familiar with the types of movement required for poses, techniques and sequences.

  3. The fun (50 mins) 🤸
Learn and practice some amazing moves and poses.

  4. Last song (approx. 5 mins) 🎧
Free practice where you can work on anything you like. You can even choose the song 😁

  5. Cooling Down (10 mins) ❄️
Gentle stretching to prevent muscle soreness and injuries.

  6. Mat cleanup 🧼
We'll clean our mats together so we keep our environment hygienic.

When can I join Beginner classes?

Your Aerial Silk and Pole journey can start with Beginner 1 classes. The module lasts 6 weeks, and you will learn foundations and techniques to help you progress.

After you complete this module, you can move on to Beginner 2 and up.

Some disciplines such as Hoop and Hammock will have only All Levels classes, you can join them anytime.

During summer, we don't hold our usual beginner modules. However, if you'd like to start your aerial journey, you can join an Open Training class dedicated to your apparatus. Please check who teaches the class you want to book your spot for so you can learn the apparatus you want.

You can join Stretching classes anytime.
