What is Aerial Yoga?
Aerial yoga combines traditional yoga postures with aerial arts. The hammock works like a prop while your body learns to move and defy gravity. Your weight points change and new balancing skills will bring your poses to the next level.
About the apparatus
We use a fabric hammock suspended from the ceiling, providing support for yoga poses, stretches, and inverts. The hammock allows for deeper stretches and a new dimension to traditional yoga poses.
So how does Aerial Yoga help you?
It helps with flexibility, improves posture, and aids in decompressing the back. It's also incredible for relaxation and stress relief through gentle movements.
Do I need to be strong or flexible to join a class?
Nope, it doesn't require any kind of previous experience. Our classes are designed to offer a safe and supportive environment for beginners and experienced yogis alike.

So you have a beginner class?
You can join the class no matter what your level is. Like any yoga, aerial yoga is an inward journey, that doesn't aim for performance. The same pose can have progressing levels of difficulty, that you can learn at your own pace. The most important thing you learn is to listen to your body.
What do I need to wear or bring?
Wear something comfortable that allows you to move freely, ideally long leggings.
Do not wear any rings or bracelets on your hands and wrists. They can cause injuries and damage the apparatuses.
Bring a bottle of water, it's important to stay hydrated.
