Aerial arts are nothing without flexibility! That super split, or bendy back can make every easy technique or choreography look beautiful and profi. Most of us are not very flexible by nature. That means that you will have to work in order to get into a split or that bendy back. So that’s what we will do in this one hour class!
We will focus on not only stretching the muscles but also strengthening them, since this is a very important part of flexibility. You will learn different stretching techniques, the right positions to obtain flexibility ‘correctly’ and tips to get deeper into the stretch. And most of all a perfect moment to dedicate an hour to deep stretching.
