Workshops
Looking to expand your skills or learn something new? Join one of our workshops and explore the world of aerial arts with us. From Heels Dance and Aerial Straps to Handstand and Contortion, we offer various workshops for all skill levels.
We not only offer workshops taught by our experienced teachers, but we also occasionally invite guest instructors like Coco, who was trained by a Cirque du Soleil coach in Aerial Straps, or Angelina from Ukraine, who is a champion in aesthetic gymnastics, and an aerial and pole coach.

Photoshoots
Want to capture your aerial skills in stunning photos? Join us for our themed photoshoots and let's create some beautiful memories together! From Tarnita Lake to Halloween, Bubbles and Glitter, Valentine's Day, and more, we're always coming up with new ideas to showcase our poses and shapes.

Onensa Creation
Onensa Creation is an event where we create something together. So if you're up for an afternoon of tea and making crafts, join us!
We make different things every month, for example, a mood board or patterns in clothes and you don't have to be a student to join.
If you have an idea or want to host an activity, we'd love to hear it!
Women-friendly Nightclub
Get ready to let your hair down and dance like no one's watching at our nightclub! Every few months, we transform the studio into a safe space for women to dress up, dance, show off their skills, and have a blast.
Our talented students perform awe-inspiring pole and aerial silk routines, but we've also had poi juggling and a bachata flash mob. And we're always open to new performances, whether cabaret, poetry, breakdance, or anything you love to do. So, come and show us what you got! Plus, your entry fee is on us if you perform.

Performance Days
Time to fly! At our studio, we believe that all the hard work you put in deserves recognition. That's why we organize performance days twice a year for you, our students, where you can showcase your progress and shine on stage in front of your loved ones. We also get some amazing videos and photos of our performances, ensuring that the memory lasts forever.

Clothes Swap
Ready to give your closet a makeover? Join us for our Clothes Swap events! A few times a year, we transform the studio into a fashion paradise, where you can bring your gently-used clothes, shoes, and accessories to swap with other stylish women.
Not only is this a sustainable way to refresh your wardrobe, but it's also a fun way to bond with like-minded ladies and discover new styles. Plus, you never know what treasures you might find😁!

Harmony Hub
Need a change of scenery to boost your productivity? Join our Harmony Hub meetups every Tuesday at 11:00 and work alongside fellow freelancers, students, and remote workers in a different location each week.
Let's support each other, network, and enjoy a cup of coffee or lunch together.
