To start, you can join Beginner 1 classes. This applies to Hammock, Silk, Hoop, and Pole Flow classes.
When you complete Beginner 1, you move on to Beginner 2 and higher. This doesn't apply to Stretching. You can join it anytime.
If you don't see Beginner 1 or 2 classes in our schedule, you can send us a message. If there is enough interest, we will add one. Otherwise, you can join Open Training classes to catch up and join the group. Just make sure you pick classes where a teacher for your preferred discipline is teaching.
You don't need to have a sports background, be strong, or have any kind of physical condition.
Our classes are open to anyone 18 and older, or over 14 with your parent or legal guardian's permission.
If you have an injury or physical limitation, consult your doctor before joining our classes. Please also let us know before joining so we can ensure your safety.
If you're curious about our teaching style, see the Our team page.
If you're unsure which level to join, contact us and we'll figure it out together.
For everything you need to know about joining our classes, see the Your first time with us page. Here you'll be able to find info on what to wear, what to bring, how to get to our studios, etc.
Yes, this is how we and the system we're using track your attendance. Go to the Classes page to book your spot.
For all our disciplines we have a progression system based on difficulty, for example, if you've never tried any kind of aerial art:
You start with Beginner 1
You move on to Beginner 2 - You would need to complete both Beginner levels to move on to Intermediate 1. Doing so ensures that you have strong basics.
Next is Intermediate 1 - You can stay in this level as long as you'd like, or until you feel that you need a bit more challenge. The same applies Intermediate 2.
Followed by Intermediate 2 - Once you feel ready for harder challenges, you can move on to Advanced.
And finally Advanced
We will never constrain you to attend a specific level. Your journey is your own so enjoy your time in classes and don't worry about the next level too much.
If you feel the level you're in doesn't suit you, you can:
Go back a level, if it's too hard.
Go up a level if it's too easy.
Talk to your teacher and ask for advice.
You can cancel or reschedule your spot on your own at any time, as long as it is 24 hours before the class. Otherwise, you will lose one class off of your membership, or the money you paid.
Check out our Open Training page for a full explanation
