What you need to know about Aerial Hammock

Wow! What's Aerial Hammock?

Aerial Hammock is an aerial art that involves performing acrobatic movements on a fabric hammock. It's a beautiful discipline that offers a unique fusion of acrobatics and aerial arts.

About the apparatus

We use fabric sling, loop, or hammock that hangs from the ceiling. It creates a supportive structure for a variety of movements, spins, wraps, and inverts.

So how does Aerial Hammock help you?

You improve your strength, flexibility, and body awareness. You'll work various muscle groups, improve balance, and grow spatial orientation and awareness. Plus, you learn how to spin which is so much fun!

Do I need to be strong or flexible to join a class?

Not at all! Some of our students have never done any kind of sport before. Our classes help you build everything you need to float and have fun on the hammock. The only thing you do need is the courage to sign up for your first class.
