Aerial hammock or aerial sling is close related to aerial silk. As it has a sling, instead of two tails, it holds a big part of your weight most of the time, and so it is a bit easier than aerial silk, strength-wise. But don't be fooled! The aerial hammock challenges you in other ways!

This private class is done by Luminița, who will be able to give you all her attention: only you and one of your friends can join this class. This means learning and seeing yourself grow faster than any other way possible!
