Twerk Fusion is a dance class that blends twerk with other movement styles to create a fun and dynamic experience.
About the practice
We use twerk as a foundation and explore different dance techniques to get the whole body moving. You’ll learn how to isolate, control, and connect movements while discovering new rhythms and combinations. As you progress, you’ll build a richer movement vocabulary and feel more confident expressing yourself.
So how does twerking help you?
You improve coordination, mobility, and body awareness. It’s a great way to stay active while connecting with your body in a playful and expressive way.
It also helps you build confidence and feel more comfortable moving freely.
Do I need to have experience to join a class?
Not at all. This class is suitable for both beginners and those with some dance experience. We start with the basics and gradually build up, so you can learn at your own pace while having fun.

So you have a beginner class?
Unlike our other aerial disciplines, we don't have different levels for Stretching. You can join our classes any time you'd like. No experience required.
What do I need to wear or bring?

Wear something comfortable that allows you to move freely. You can choose fitted shorts or longer pants—whatever helps you feel confident and comfortable moving.

Do not wear any rings or bracelets on your hands and wrists. They can cause injuries.

Bring a bottle of water, it's important to stay hydrated.
