About the event
During this workshop, we’ll do a series of exercises designed to help you move beyond the standard patterns your body already knows. You’ll learn how to give the moves you already have a different color, and also discover new ways to express yourself through movement.
Required level:
No experience needed. This workshop is all about exploration—we’ll work with movements you already feel comfortable with, while gently encouraging you to try new ones.
