About the event
In this workshop, we’ll use a variety of exercises to help you think outside the box and tap into your creativity. You’ll discover new ways to move on and around the apparatus, combining floorwork with the skills you already have.
Required experience:
At least 6 Aerial Hoop or Hammock classes completed
