In this session, Miruna will guide you through dynamic drop technique, including preparation, timing, body positioning, and safe execution. We’ll work on building confidence, refining mechanics, and understanding how to approach drops with both control and precision.
Suitable for students with an existing aerial silks practice and solid fundamentals.
