Hi! My name is Teodor i’m a ballet dancer from Romania, and I invite you to an intensive 2-day contemporary dance workshop! Let's explore movement, challange our bodies, and create something togheter:

We will focus on contemporary dance exercises and technique. We'll dive into movement concepts, floorwork, jump dynamics, improvisation, imagination, and group exercises.
