Workout

Doing aerial (silk, pole or hoop) and do you notice you understand the techniques, but you just don’t have the strength for it? Want to see yourself progressing faster in aerials? Or are you just looking for a very good workout? 

 

In this one hour workout we will focus on strengthening the whole body, from shoulders to our toes. Most of the exercises will focus on exactly those muscles we need in aerials: for that nice straddle, strong straight legs and perfectly pointed toes.
