Aerial Silk is a performance art you might have seen in the circus or on tv. In a long fabric, attached to the ceiling, we will do different tricks like climbing, hanging upside down and locks. Also with a little bit of effort you can make beautiful shapes!

It’s a very good way to gain strength in your arms, shoulders, abs, back, legs. Actually the whole body.  And it helps to become conscious of your movements, muscles and more flexible.

You don’t have to be strong or skilful to participate. So don't hesitate to join!
